Ben Fletcher Re-signs as Head Coach

Essendon Cricket Club is very pleased to confirm the extension of Ben Fletcher’s role as Senior Coach, for a further 3 seasons.

Ben has been instrumental in developing the club’s culture and young playing list, having lost several senior players two seasons ago.

The club is more than satisfied Ben’s energy, experience and organisational skills will continue to benefit our young players, and the club’s fortunes.

Ben’s coaching has greatly impacted the list already, with the club featuring 3 players in the Victorian Metro u17 team this season, with one also added to the Australian u19 squad.

The club will continue to recruit strongly during the off-season, under Ben’s guidance.
