It was a tough day for The Bombers as the 1sts, 2nds and 3rds all went down. Playing away at Toorak Park and being sent in to bat the Bombers were competitive in posting 8-209 against a very strong Prahran attack. The squad will play in the upcoming national championships. The Essendon Cricket Club is proud to announce the selection of Simrth Gill, Jackson Martin and Luay Miraz in the U17 Victoria Metro Squad for upcoming national championships. Round 3, Day Two Match Reports 1 st  XI FCC 264 def ECC 88 & 2/92 It was a disappointing day for the 1 st  XI being bowled out for a disappointing 88 in replay to Frankston’s 264. Resuming at 2/12 the 1sts were confident of a second victory on the trot however in a run chase that never got going the 1sts were bowled out for 88.
